Swiss Literature
The most famous Swiss author, Johanna Spyri, wrote the book, Heidi. What a great children’s story about life in the Alps. The Heidi movie with Shirley Temple is pretty cute too. You can also learn more about Johanna Spyri and the other books she wrote.
William Tell for Tiny Travelers is another enjoyable book to help your family learn about the life and history of Switzerland.
